Chokkanathaswamy Temple is devoted to the deity called Chokkanathaswamy or Chokka Perumal (the Hindu god Vishnu) at Domlur Bangalore. It is one of the oldest shrines was built in 10th century. The main deity is Lord Vishnu worshipped as Sri Chokkanathaswamy with his partner Goddesses Bhudevi and Sridevi. The idols are made with Saligrama Shila which is found in the Gandaki River near Nepal.
