Navagraha Havan is performed to appease all the nine Grahas and reduce the malefic effects of the planets in one’s life. Navagraha Havan is also known as Navagraha Homam which involves worshipping the nine celestial bodies or planets that are believed to have an important role in human life. The term "Navagraha" means nine celestial bodies in Sanskrit where nava means nine and Graha means planet or celestial body. These planets include Surya (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Mangala (Mars), Budha (Mercury), Brihaspati (Jupiter), Shukra (Venus), Shani (Saturn), Rahu (North Lunar Node) and Ketu (South Lunar Node). The Navagraha Havanat Durgiana Temple is performed to take blessings for a good life including health, wealth, family and overall well-being.

Godness Lakshmi  Symbolizes wealth, prosperity, and abundance. Worshipping her is believed to attract material and spiritual wealth into one’s life. And lord Ganesha is Known as Vighnaharta, or the remover of obstacles. Invoked at the beginning of all rituals to ensure success and eliminate challenges. Lakshmi Ganesh Pujan is a  ritual performed to seek the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi, the deity of wealth and prosperity, and Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the god of wisdom. This puja is commonly conducted during auspicious occasions, especially Diwali, and is believed to bring prosperity, success, and harmony.

The word 'Griha' in Sanskrit means house, and 'Pravesh' means entering. Griha pravesh is a Traditional religious ceremony that marks the entry or griha pravesh into a new home. It is performed during an auspicious time according to astrology. The right time is important to ensure prosperity and good fortune in the new home. The term "Rudra" refers to Lord Shiva, who is often called "Rudra" in the Vedas, and "Abhishek" means ritualistic offering.
