At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of devotees. Then invoking lord shiva is done by chanting mantras by Pujari Ji. Then water is used to Abhishek on Lord Shiva along with mantras chanted by the pujari. Then offering of items like flowers, black til etc is done by the pujari ji on the Shiv Linga. At last, aarti is done by pujari ji and devotees take blessings.
