Rudrabhishek with Havan at Manimahesh Chaurasi Temple in Bharmour is a unique and sacred ritual performed to worship the most powerful form of Lord Shiva. The ritual begins with Rudrabhishek—bathing the Shivling with water, milk, honey, curd and ghee while chanting Rudra mantras. This is followed by Vedic Havan, where oblations are offered into the sacred fire. It is believed that this divine conjunction destroys sins, purifies the soul, bestows prosperity and invokes the blessings of Lord Shiva for overall well-being.

Rudrabhishek with Havan at Manimahesh Chaurasi Temple begins with Sankalp and Ganesh Puja, after which Rudrabhishek is performed on the Shivalinga with water, milk, curd, honey, ghee, sugar and Bilva leaves while chanting Rudra mantras. After the Abhishek, devotees perform Shiva Archana with flowers and incense. The ritual continues with holy Havan, in which ghee, herbs and samidha are offered to the fire while chanting Vedic mantras, and ends with Aarti and distribution of Prasad for divine blessings and purification.
