Saraswati Havan is a holy Vedic ritual dedicated to Goddess Saraswati which is known as goddess of knowledge, music, arts, and wisdom. this havan is performed to invoke goddess saraswati blessings for Academic excellence, creative inspiration, and mental clarity. specially beneficial for students before exams or when starting new educational ventures.it includes powerful mantras like beej mantra, vidya Mantra and gayatri mantra.

Clean the puja area. Wear clean, preferably traditional yellow or white clothes. then Sankalp is taken by holding water and stating your intention for the havan. it begins with worshipping Lord Ganesha to Remove obstacles. then Light the sacred fire in the Havan Kund with the use of camphor and wood. devotee has to offer ghee and havan samagri into the fire with chanting saraswati mantras. this is usually Done 108 times. in final offering dry fruits, flowers and remaining ghee signifying the completion of the ritual. it ends with saraswati arti and prasad is distributed among the devotees.

Required Things (Puja Samagri)

Mango wood (Samidha), camphor (Kapur), and Cow Ghee, blend of dried herbs, black sesame, sandalwood powder, honey, rose petals, lotus seeds, Yellow flowers (marigolds), yellow sweets (Kesar Halwa or Laddoos), fruits (especially bananas or ber), and incense sticks, yellow cloth (her favorite color), coconut, mango leaves.
