Homatmak Laghu Rudrabhishek is a sacred Shiva puja performed at Triveni Ghat, Somnath. In this ritual, Lord Shiva is worshipped through Rudrabhishek along with a holy fire (Havan). It combines abhishek and homa to remove negative energies, sins, and obstacles. This puja is done to please Lord Mahadev for health, peace, and spiritual growth, and is considered very powerful at the holy land of Somnath.
The puja starts with sankalp by the devotee. The priest performs Ganesh puja, followed by chanting of Rudra mantras. Shivling abhishek is done with water, milk, and other sacred items. Along with this, a havan is performed where ghee and herbs are offered into the fire while chanting mantras. The puja ends with aarti, prasad, and blessings.
