The Pardeshwar Mahadev temple is located on the Narsingh Ghat on the banks of the Shipra River, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Pardeshwar Mahadev temple's shivling is made from mercury, the largest shivling in the world. The shivling contains 1500 kilograms of weight. The same virtue that is achieved by having darshan of twelve Jyotirlingas, eighty-four Mahadev, and innumerable Shivling is achieved only by having darshan of Pardeshwar Mahadev. Shravanmas and Mahashivratri are the major festivals that are celebrated at Pardeshwar Mahadev Temple.
