Shri Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga, also known as Amareshwar Temple, is located on the southern bank of the Narmada River in Madhya Pradesh, directly opposite the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. It's the fourth of twelve Jyotirlingas. The Mamleshwar Temple is considered equally important as Omkareshwar and is a significant part of the pilgrimage circuit. The best time to visit is from October to March. Mahashivaratri and Kartik Poornima are important festivals celebrated here. Accessible by air via Indore Airport (87 km away), by train to Omkareshwar Road Railway Station (14 km away) and by road easily.
