Laghu Rudra Abhishek in Mamleshwar is a ritual done for worshipping Lord Shiva where chanting of mantras is done. In this ritual, Panchamrut (milk, curd, honey, ghee and Ganga jal), is offered to the Shivling. This offering represents the devotees' devotion to Shivji.
At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. During the process of bathing Shiva Linga, the priests chant mantras. These mantras are Rudra Suktha.
