About
Lord Ganesh is a son of Lord Mahadev and Goddess Parvati and he is also known as Vighnharta which means destroyer of the hurdles. Laghu Ganesha Yagna is a Vedic fire ritual dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the god of wisdom, intelligence and obstacle remover. "Laghu" means "small" or "simple", indicating that this yagna is a less elaborate version than the grand Ganesha rituals. Despite its simplicity, the Laghu Ganesha Yagna is powerful and spiritually significant.
At first sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then kalsh is established. Then invoking of Lord Ganesh is done with mantras and prayers by the pujari. Than abhishek on Lord Ganesh is done with helps of things like Milk, Ganga Jal and Panchamrit. Than Atharvashirsh Pathan and yagya is done by the pujariji. At last arti of Lord Ganesh is done and blessings are taken by the devotees.
