Rudrabhishek Puja is a Vedic ritual where lord Shiva is worshipped in his Rudra form and given a sacred bath while his 108 names are chanted. It is believed that doing this puja helps in making Lord Shiva happy.
At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of devotees by the Pujari ji. Then offering things like water, milk, yogurt, honey, ghee and other sacred items over shiva lingam while chanting mantras by pujari ji. At last, puja is done and prasad is offered to the devotees.
