Ooti puja is performed at Saptashrungi Devi temple to seek her blessings for protection, prosperity, and well-being. During the Ooti puja of the Goddess Saptshringi, auspicious things like Saree, Shringar samagri, Dry fruits, Kumkum and Turmeric are offered. Performing puja at this temple is very beneficial to devotees.
At first, sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then invoking of Devi Saptashrungi is done with the help of mantras and prayers by the pujari. Then offerings like coconut, bananas, rice, dried dates, blouse piece, saree, betel nuts, turmeric, and kumkum. At last, arti is done by the pujari and blessings are taken by the devotees.
