Saptashrungi temple is dedicated to Goddess Saptashrungidevi. It is believed that the Saptashrungi temple is one of the three and half Shakti peeth. Performing puja at this temple is very beneficial to devotees. Abhishek is a Sanskrit word Abhishek means sprinkling. Abhishek puja is a ritual in which devotees offers various tings to the Goddess. In this ritual devotees offers thing like Milk, Water, Ghee, Curd, Honey, Flowers to the Goddess.
At first sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Than mantras are chanted by the pujari. Prasad is given by the pujari to devotees. Puja is complete and blessing are taken by the devotees.
