The Kuja Dosha Puja is a spiritual ritual performed to reduce these effects and remove any obstacles to a successful marriage caused by Mars' placement in one's birth chart.
At first sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then invoking of Lord Ganesh is done with the help of mantras and prayers by the pujariji to remove any kinds of hurdles and issues that can come during the puja. Then pujariji chants specific mantras dedicated to Mangal grah. Then things such as flowers. kumkum etc are offered to the Mangal grah by the pujariji. At last the puja is completed by taking the blessings.
