Mangala Abhishek is a sacred ritual which is performed to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha, especially during auspicious occasions or to overcome obstacles. The term "Mangala" signifies auspiciousness and "Abhishek" refers to the ceremonial bathing of the deity.

At first sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Than invoking of Lord Ganesh is done with the help of mantras by the pujari ji. Than abhishek of Lord Ganesh is done with the help of Milk, Curd, Honey etc by the pujari ji. At last the blessings of Lord Ganesh is taken by the devotees and the puja is completed.
