At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then invoking of Lord Ganesh is done with the help of mantras by the pujariji. Then 1008 Atharvashirsha path is done by the pujariji. Later 108 laddu's are offered to Lord Ganesh. At last, a small Yagna is done by the pujariji, and the puja is completed.
