The Panchopchar Puja is also known as the Pancha Upachara Puja. Panchopchar puja involves offering five sacred items to a deity. These items are representative of the devotee's devotion, gratitude, and reverence towards the deity being worshipped.
At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Then invoking Lord Ganesh is done by the pujari ji with the help of mantras and prayers by the pujari. Then offering of milk, curd, sugar, etc are done by the pujari ji on Lord Ganesh. At last, blessings are taken of Lord Ganesh by the offering of prayers by the pujariji.
