Navratri Durga Puja in Prayagraj is celebrated with great devotion and joy. During this festival, devotees worship Goddess Durga for nine days, each day dedicated to one of her forms. Special pujas, aartis, bhajans, and havans are performed to seek blessings for health, happiness, and prosperity. Temples and pandals are beautifully decorated, and devotees observe fasting and prayers. At Triveni Sangam and other sacred places in Prayagraj, rituals are performed with full faith, making the festival spiritually uplifting and divine.

Navratri Durga Puja vidhi begins with cleaning the house and setting up a clean place for the idol or picture of Maa Durga.First, salnalp is taken with the names of the devotees. Then, the Panditji invokes Maa Durga through chanting and prayers A kalash is established with water, mango leaves, and coconut, symbolizing purity. Devotees light a lamp, offer flowers, fruits, sweets, and perform daily aarti. Reciting Durga Saptashati or mantras is done for nine days. Fasting, meditation, and prayers continue, and on the last day, kanya pujan and prasad distribution are performed.
