About
Maha Vishnu Pujan is a sacred Vedic worship dedicated to Lord Shri Maha Vishnu, the preserver and protector of the universe. This puja is performed to seek divine blessings for peace, prosperity, happiness, protection, and overall well-being. It is considered an auspicious spiritual practice for strengthening devotion, creating a positive atmosphere, and seeking Lord Vishnu’s grace for a harmonious and prosperous life. The inclusion of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Parayan makes the ceremony especially meaningful for devotees who wish to deepen their spiritual understanding and connect with the teachings of Lord Krishna.
The puja starts with Gauri Ganesh Pujan, then Kalash Pujan, Navagraha Pujan, and Deep Pujan is done. After these rituals, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Parayan is performed with devotional recitation. The main ceremony is then completed with Shri Maha Vishnu Shodashopachar Pujan, in which Lord Vishnu is worshipped with traditional offerings and devotional prayers. The ceremony ends with prayers and Aarti to seek the blessings of Lord Maha Vishnu.
