About

Ram Navami celebrates the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu, admired for his righteousness, courage, and devotion. In Prayagraj, devotees celebrate with great enthusiasm through rituals, bhajans, and processions. Performing the Ram Navami Puja is believed to bring peace and blessings. YatraDham offers complete puja arrangements in Prayagraj, including the full puja vidhi, required samagri, and online booking, allowing devotees to participate in the sacred rituals with ease and devotion.

The ritual of Ram Navami Puja vidhi begins with cleaning the place of Puja and installing an idol or picture of Lord Rama along with Sita, Lakshmana and Hanuman. First, a Sanlapal is taken with the names of the devotees. Then, the Panditji invokes Ram through chanting and prayers. Devotees light lamps, offer flowers, fruits, sweets and Tulsi leaves. Sacred mantras and verses from the Ramayana are recited. Aarti is performed with incense and lamps while singing bhajans. Many devotees observe fasts, meditate on the life of Lord Rama and pray for peace, strength and guidance. Finally, prasad is distributed with devotion.
