Maa Tarini Durga Saptashati Samput Path & Vishesh Havan Puja is a sacred Devi worship dedicated to Maa Durga. This puja includes the recitation of Durga Saptashati with specific Samput Mantras, along with traditional worship, special offerings, and a Vishesh Havan. The puja also includes Kavach, Argala, Kilak and Siddha Kunjika Stotra prayers. Devotees perform this puja to seek the blessings of Maa Durga for strength, protection, peace, prosperity and spiritual well-being.
The puja begins with Maha Ganpati and Gauri Pujan, Kalash Pujan, and Navagraha Pujan. then Durva Archana is done through the recitation of Maha Ganpati Atharvashirsha and Kumkum Archana through the recitation of Shri Suktam. The main ritual includes the Durga Saptashati Samput Path performed with the Samput Mantra “Tarini Durgam Samsara Sagarasya Kulodbhavam”, which is traditionally recited for seeking the special blessings of Maa Durga. After the Saptashati Path, Kavach, Argala, Kilaka, and Siddha Kunjika Stotra are recited, followed by Parayan and Vishesh Havan with sacred offerings and Vedic mantras. The puja ends with Vishesh Shryo Daan, seeking the divine blessings of Maa Durga for peace, protection, strength, prosperity, and family well-being.
