Pashupatinath - Rudrabhishek Puja with 5 Brahmin and Mahamrityunjay Jaap

Pashupatinath Laghu Rudra Abhishek is a ritual done for worshipping Lord Shiva while chanting mantras. In this ritual, Panchamrut (milk, curd, honey, ghee and sugar), is offered to Shiva. Pashupatinath Rudrashtadhyayi is made of two words Rudra means Shiva and Ashtadhyayi means one with eight chapters, Shiva is included in these eight chapters. Although there are a total of ten chapters in Rudrashtadhyayi, only eight are considered main. Rudrashtadhyayi is a part of Yajurveda and Vedas have been described as the best scriptures. Vedas are parts of Shiva only.
