Bhagyalakshmi temple is a shrine dedicated to a Hindu goddess located in Hyderabad. This temple is located in the city's historic monument Charminar while a Hindu trust manages the temple dedicated to the Goddess Lakshmi. The origin of the temple is currently disputed and the current structure that houses the idol was erected in the 1960s A.D. Devotees consider visiting the temple auspicious on Diwali festival as the temple is usually decorated grandly with flowers and special lights. Lakshmi Puja and Dussehra are other important festivals celebrated here. October to March are the best time to visit this temple.
