About Kailasa Temple
The Kailasa Temple is an old Hindu temple in Maharashtra. During the ancient days, it was created from a single rock and it is dedicated to Lord Shiva, it was built in the 8th century by Rachtrakuta king Krishna. This temple is a world-class Wonder as it is located near Ellora caves the city of Aurangabad Maharashtra. The temple is approximately 164,000 square feet and it has multiple structures, including the main temple, yard, and a surrounding wall. It is designed similarly to Mount Kailash, the holy place of Lord Shiva. The Kailasa Temple is the identity of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
