About Kumararama Bhimeswara Swamy Temple
The Kumararama Bhimeswara Swamy Temple is located in the city of East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is also known as one of the five Pancharama Kshetras that are sacred to Lord Shiva. The Shiv ling in the temple is 16 feet tall which is made up of Limestone. The temple was built by the King Chalukya Bhima in the Dravidian style of architecture. The temple cosntruction started in the year 892 A.D and was compeleted in the year of 922 A.D
