Naroshankar Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple was constructed by Sardar Naroshankar Rajebahaddur in 1747 A.D. and has been built in the style of Maya architecture, which is a rather rare and beautiful 18th-century temple. The main structure lies on top of a raised platform, with the main deity placed on the outer part of the temple instead of inside. The temple has striking designs, as one layer is of decorative lacework and another is of peacocks holding bead garlands.
