About Shri Pagal Baba Temple

This temple is devoted to Lord Krishna. According to history, Sheela Nand Ji was a Judge in the High Court of Kolkata and after resigning he came to Vrindavan in search of holiness. He was wondering here and there like a mad man so people were saying him Pagal Baba. Then with the help of devotees, he built this beautiful temple in Vrindavan. The temple is built with White Marble and gives a beautiful view of Vrindavan City from the topmost floor. The temple is also famous for its Puppet show as it plays scenes from the great Epics, Mahabharata and Ramayana. The temple is decorated during festivals like Holi and Janmashthami.
