Grah Shanti Puja is done to reduce the negative effects of Navagraha in a devotee's birth chart. In this puja, all the nine planets are worshipped. Navgrah means nine planets like, Surya, Chandra, Mangal, Rahu, Ketu, Guru, Shukra, Shani and Budh. This puja is performed to liberate the devotees or their families from planetary defects. By performing this puja one gets relief from all the problems related to the planets. In any auspicious or sacred work, the nine planets are worshipped.
At first, Sankalp taken to the name of devotees by pujari ji. Then Pujari ji invokes Lord Ganesha and all Navgrah. After that the pujari ji worships all the Navagraha's as per the rituals along with chanting mantras. At last Arti was done and blessings are taken by the devotees of all Navagraha's. This Puja performed by 2 Pujari Ji.
