The Rudra form of Lord Shiva represents his fierce and powerful aspect. Rudrabhishek is a religious ritual, which is performed by chanting powerful mantras. Rudrashtadhyayi has total 10 chapers and fifth and eight chaper us known as "Namak Chamak" path.
At first Sankalp is taken in the name of the devotees. Than invoking Lord Shiva is done with mantras and prayers by the pujari. Than abhishek on Lord Shiva is done with helps of things like Milk, Curd, Ghree, Honey and Sugarcane juice and flowers along with mantras chanted by the pujari. Then 5 pujariji receites namak chamak path 11 times. At last, arti is done by the pujari and blessings are taken by the devotees.
