Durga Saptashati is a Hindu scripture with 700 Shlokas. The Durga Saptashati tells the story of the battle between Goddess Durga and Mahishasura. During the puja in Vindhyachal, various mantras and Jaap are chanted and Goddess Durga is worshipped. Durga Saptashti Path is considered as the most powerful text it has 13 Path which includes Kavach, Argala and Keelak. All the nine forms of Maa Durga are worshipped during this puja.
At first, Sankalp is taken in the name of devotees. Then invoking of Goddess Durga is done with mantras and prayers by the pujari. Then all the nine incarnations of Goddess Durga are worshipped. Then Durga Saptshi Path is done by the pujri and a hawan is performed at the end of the puja. At last, arti is done of the Goddess and the puja is completed.
