Jal Abhishek is a Hindu ritual where water is offered on lingam. The puja is mostly performed in the temples. During puja, various mantras are also chanted. Jal Abhishek in Aundha Nagnath is performed to invoke the blessings of Rudra the form of  Lord Shiva.
