Prachi Grah Shanti Yagna is done to remove the negative effects of nine celestial bodies which are referred to as Navgrahas in Vedic Astrology. 9 Celestial bodies include the sun, moon, mars, mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. According to astrology, movement or change in the position of Graha can change a person's life like various doshas.

To perform this puja, one must perform a hawan/homam, while chanting the Navagraha puja mantra. During the puja, people light up incense sticks and diyas with complete devotion.

Atharvashirsha Path is a significant path for the worship of Lord Ganesha. The Atharvashirsha consists of a series of verses and mantras that show the qualities and attributes of Lord Ganesh. Reading the Atharvashirsha is believed to invoke blessings and protection from Lord Ganesh. Performing this puja at Khajrana Ganesh is very beneficial.

Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Puja occurs when all seven planets come between Ketu and Rahu in a horoscope. Therefore, the person with such a horoscope is affected by Ketu and Rahu. This is known as Sarp Dosh and is believed to have very adverse effects. To be free of these adverse effects the person must do the Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja.

"Bhog" refers to the food that is offered to deities during worship or rituals. The bhog consist of various thing like Fruit, Sweets, Cooked dishes and other vegetarian food items. After the offering of bhog to deity is done it is distributed as prasad. It is believed that by offering bhog to the God is best way of expressing devotation to the deities.
