Lord Shiva has many names like Shambhu, Mahadev, Shankar and Neelkanth. "Rudra" is one of the famous name of Lord Shiva.  Rudrabhishek puja is a ritual dedicate to Lord Shiva. In this ritual God Mahadev is worshipped in his Rudra form. The Rudra form of Lord Shiva represents his fierce and powerful aspect.
